Scheduling
Please call or email to schedule an appointment, if we well be photographing children, keep naptimes in mind when requesting an appointment time. I find that children are most cooperative when they are well rested and well fed. Morning is often a good time for babies and children. Book your appointment early as we are often scheduled out 1 or 2 weeks. If you would like a weekend appointment, please schedule 2-3 weeks in advance. If you are scheduling a maternity appointment, the best time to schedule a photography shoot is between 32 and 36 weeks. Newborn sessions should take place between birth and 2 weeks. We have found that the optimum time to photograph newborns is between 4-10 days old. Book your family or senior portraits 1 - 2 weeks in advance. For holidays portrait appointments, we recommend scheduling in early September.

Children
Please do not bring sick children to a photo shoot. Your child will be miserable and you will not be happy with the results of the photo. Call to reschedule as soon as you realize that you will be unable to make it to the appointment.

Cancellations
If you must cancel an appointment, please call at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule.

Payment
Payment for prints is due at ordering time. There is a $35.00 fee for returned checks.

Viewing and Ordering Photos
After the photo session you can order photos in various sizes.

Wedding Photography Deposit
Only $500.00 reserves your date with Photography by Madison, nothing else is due until two weeks prior to your wedding. Deposits are fully refundable within seven (7) days of your event. Deposits are also transferable from one service to another prior to 1 year from the date of your event.

Our Promise to You
We at Photography by Madison guarantee your complete satisfaction with your photographs. If you are not delighted, we will gladly reshoot at no additional charge to you.
